Idea for Leftover Piecrust

Okay, I know this isn't my usual post, but I saw this idea and thought, WOW, why didn't I think of that! AND it will save you money by getting more out of the piecrust you bought or made if you are extra talented!!
Thanks to Martha Stewart for this idea:
When baking for the holidays, don't toss out dough scraps. They can make delectable little snacks! Shape scraps into a disk, and refrigerate until form, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with a cookie-cutter. Place cut-outs on parchment-lined baking sheets. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Top with grated Cheddar cheese, or brush with cream and sprinkle with poppy seeds or paprika. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Transfer on parchment to a wire rack. Let cool slightly before serving. For a sweet version, dust with cinnamon-sugar before baking!
YUM!
