I am back to my meal plans!!! I have been lost without them but have been learning a lot about gluten free diets and how to incorporate it into the whole meal so I don't have to cook two separate meals!...By the way...I don't crave bread anymore anyway...so not too bad anymore!
Monday- Beef Ribs and Chicken on the Grill, Sweet Potatoes, Chips, Fresh Fruit
Tuesday- Whole Chicken in the Crockpot, Mashed Potatoes, Veggies, Fresh Fruit
Wednesday- Hamburger Rice (Rice a Roni with ground hamburger), Biscuits for the family, Veggies, Fresh Fruit
Thursday- Out to Eat
Friday- Mexican Nachos/Tacos for the rest of the group, Corn, Fruit
Saturday- Out to Eat possibly after Coupon Class??
Sunday- ??? I am keeping this day open as I am not sure what we are doing for Mother's Day, but I know this...Momma Ain't Cooking!!!
