If you have been to my coupon classes, I have given you a copy of Target's coupon policy that they have emailed to those asking for it. However, they have finally posted it on their website, making it truly official!!!! Print it off and keep it with you, so that if you experience any problems, you can pull it out. I am going to assume that since this is on their website, they have made sure store managers are aware of this policy as well, but you never know!!!
